Part 8 Sub Pt 2
-- This Sub Part covers that four and a half month time period from November 1, 1977 -- mid-March 1978 working construction in the rain, mud, snow and ice in and around the Vancouver, Washington area and Columbia Gorge as well as the single slice life I led after work there at my upstairs place on Evergreen and Esther. -- I also spent some weekends in Portland with my ex-wife and infant son. -- I also caught glimpses of the 'Plans For Me Up North' during this time and made note some rather interesting plane crashes that took place only hours apart in February 1978.

The accidental ? shooting death of former FBI No. 3 man William Sullivan on November 9th 1977, follows the pattern of the deaths of 5 other present and former
FBI agents just before they were to testify before the House Assassinations Sub Committee then investigating the FBI and CIA's various roles in both the 1963 assassination of President Kennedy and 1968 assassination of Civil Rights leader King.

Days later President Carter's CIA Chief Stansfield Turner reportedly fired over 800 CIA agents in November '77 and by December '77 President Carter was laying the groundwork for what to later become the 'Camp David' peace accrord signed on March 26th 1979.
